The Spinnaker is a modern three-storey town house finished to a high standard with a nautical theme located on the edge of Southampton Water, in Hythe, a lively village cushioned in-between the New Forest National Park and the Solent shipping channel.
The area has a rich history of shipbuilding and is where Sir Christopher Cockrell developed the Hovercraft in the 1950's.
The house looks out onto the slipway where the first commercial hovercraft was launched in 1960.
Hythe village is an easy, flat, 2 minutes walk away and has a range of shops, pubs cafés, Tuesday market and ferry link to Southampton.

The garage has been turned in to a playroom, which has table football/Hockey/Snooker and a 32-inch TV with Sony Playstation. A great addition for those rainy days.

Provisions
All beds have duvets and pillows provided with top quality bed linen. Please bring own Beach Towels. Bath and hand towels are provided for your holiday.
Garden
The private rear garden is secure for both sitting out at the table and chairs and for parking a car in the parking bay. The sun can also be enjoyed on the decked balcony.
