About Laurel House

Laurel House is a fully refurbished Victorian town house and is situated in the centre of a bustling Georgian quayside town.

Lymington is renowned for its sailing and Saturday open-air market.  Within walking distance from the house are a range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and a pretty quay with private yachts and working fishing boats.

Two local slipways are available for launching dinghies and powerboats.

	Sitting/Dining Room The sitting room has comfortable leather chairs and sofa, television with DVD, Skybox and CD stereo, PS2, dining room table, gas fire.  A selection of board games are also available.
	Kitchen Laminate floor with solid free standing Beech units, high quality stainless steel fridge freezer and large stainless steel cooker complete with five gas rings and extractor fan.  Fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery etc.
	Utility Room WC and wash basin, washing machine and tumble drier.
	Stairs to first-floor landing
	Master Bedroom Victorian cast-iron fireplace with matching iron and brass bed, large chest of drawers, full-length mirror and door leading to an en-suite comprising a WC shower and wash basin.
	Bedroom Two Two single beds for varied accommodation, double wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers and table lamps.  Sash window overlooking pretty walled private garden.
	Stairs from landing to second-floor
	Bedroom Three Rooftop views of Lymington with glimpses of the river, pine double wardrobe and dressing table, double bed with matching pine bedstead.
	Family Bathroom White bathroom suite with double ended bath, vanity basin and built-in WC. A window with a lovely garden views.
	Courtyard garden Private walled courtyard style garden with raised flower beds, teak table and four chairs, garden lights on a 24 hour timer. Side gate providing level access to front property.
	Provisions All beds have duvets and pillows provided with top-quality duvet covers.  Bath, hand and face towels are provided through your holiday.
	Services All electric and gas charges are included within the cost of your stay. Heating is controlled by a 24 hour programmer and thermostat. The property is Non-Smoking with the exception of the garden. Sorry, no pets with the exception of guide dogs.
